Kale chips. Yep, they are delish! I ate an entire bunch of kale in a matter of minutes. You have to try them. They are as crave-able as potato chips. A healthy, yummy, salty snack. This recipe is super easy peasy lemon squeezy; 3 ingredients, one bowl, one cookie sheet, and 15 minutes is all you need.
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Kale Chips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
- Wash and dry kale (must be dry or it won't get crispy)

- Bake until edges are browned, about 10-15 min.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI keep saying I will try this... since I now have a testimonial from someone I can trust that they reeeeeeally are tasty I guess I will go forth and join the "kale club"
ReplyDeleteYes! You both need to give kale a chance. Eat more than one...they will grow on you and become a snack you crave!
DeleteI tried them this past weekend and maybe I didn't eat enough, because they did not grow on me! I thought they were icky.. I guess I will be uncool and stick to steaming my kale or mixing it in raw w/ my other greens.
ReplyDeleteSad day! Try kale in soup too. You have to eat a few to get into them....did you get them crispy?
